Great tour. Very informative and kept us captivated the whole time. I learned so much history and architecture of the area. I would highly recommend to everyone. A must see!!!

The city tour was excellent. The tour guide, Harris was very knowledgeable and gave us a wonderful New Orleans history lesson. The steamboat entry process was great and well organized. I didn’t have the tickets with the meal option, but was asked if we would like to eat as we boarded. We said yes and was advised to pay at the bar and then was seated. The salad, entree and dessert were served very quickly and efficiently. We were able to get our own water or tea which was included with the meal. They offer drinks for purchase. There was a nice jazz band on board and narration as to the sites we were passing by. We had a great time! Highly recommend!!!!

Anyone coming to New Orleans for the first time should book this sightseeing tour. We were picked up from the hotel and the entire schedule was adapted to our wishes. It was very interesting and informative. Thank you very much for a lovely tour!

It was a great tour of the city, although it was extremely hot Our driver and guide were really informative and made sure we didn’t get too hot

Rustic experience. I think that because of the way traditions were somewhat maintained. It was easy to get a feeling of how things use to be done. I was also impressed by how all the cultures intermingled with all levels of respect. People were friendly and I'd do it again.

The guide took his time and did an excellent job explaining the history and neighborhoods of New Orleans.

We did three tours with Benjamin and I could not recommend him enough!!! He was so extremely knowledgeable and entertaining. We did the driving tour with our 4 kids and even our teenaged boys thought it was very interesting, which is quite an accomplishment. He was also a pleasure to spend time with and was also very thoughtful and accomodating to our needs for gluten free food.

What an incredible day. Wonderful communication in advance of booking, Benjamin was beyond knowledgeable about New Orleans and its history. We had a wonderful time learning, dining and enjoying the history NOLA holds. Highly recommend any tours with this company, he is an absolute historian with a pleasant voice, demeanor and luxurious SUV.

The best experience ever! First with the steamboat Natchez Jazz cruise…cruising along with a live jazz band playing. Then, the City Tour where part of it was a guided walking tour!! Thanks to Val and Stacey the best tour guide and driver!!!

It was a fun comprehensive experience - comfortable for those of us who could not stand the heat and stayed in the air conditioned bus, and very informative for those of us who walked outside to learn more about the history and culture of N’awlins. Our guide was very knowledgeable and we greatly enjoyed her stories!

Touring New Orleans with its complicated history and endless points of interest is WAY better with someone like Benjamin Burden in the front seat. We did his 3-hour private tour as the first event of our week, and were extremely happy with the enrichment he gave us -- history, first-hand knowledge, pleasant conversation, personal insights to his life in this city, not to mention a big comfortable SUV, excellent driving and safety and a stop at an (air conditioned) branch of Cafe du Monde in an uncrowded park setting. Although we already had tickets for a future walking tour of St. Louis Cemetery #1 on another day (side note: it was hot then and the walkways badly paved) it was a real bonus that he drove us through the somewhat-distant Metairie Cemetery which has plenty of illustrious guests and impressive tombs, and no crowds.
