I really believe that the best way to get to know a city’s heart, history, and culture is through its food. This was the first tour we took when we arrived in New Orleans. Nate was our tour guide, and we had an absolutely FABULOUS time. We learned all about the food and history of New Orleans, while getting to try so many tasty bites! Nate did a great job exposing us to what makes this city and its people so special. He was funny, informative, and engaging—a great ambassador to his city! We’d recommend this tour to everyone!

Today, my family and I had the absolute pleasure of going on a citywide tour with Quay, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!From the very beginning, Quay was incredibly kind, welcoming, and brought such amazing energy. I’ve been on a New Orleans city tour before, but somehow Quay introduced us to historical places, stories, and moments that I had never even heard of or knew happened here. His knowledge of New Orleans and its history was truly impressive, and you could tell that he genuinely loves what he does.One of my favorite parts of the tour was seeing how many people knew Quay along the way. Everywhere we went, people greeted him by name with huge smiles, and it honestly made us feel like we were locals rather than tourists. He made the entire experience feel personal, authentic, and full of that New Orleans spirit.He also took some AMAZING pictures of my family and me, which was such a thoughtful bonus and gave us memories we’ll be able to keep from the trip.We enjoyed Quay’s energy, personality, and passion so much that my family and I will be back tomorrow night to see him play some Jazz on Frenchmen Street to conclude our trip!If you EVER have the opportunity to take a tour with Quay, DO IT! I highly recommend, I can promise you will not be disappointed. He made our experience so memorable, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Quay was an amazing tour guide! I learned a lot about the culture and history of New Orleans. My favorite parts were the Musician’s Village, beautiful architectures and murals, and music bars like The Spotted Cat. We also stopped by the city park area and ate beignets at Cafe Du Monde, which were delicious! Lastly, we got a glimpse of the French Quarter through Bourbon St. which looked so fun. I definitely recommend him and this tour!

Tastes of the French Quarter with Richard as our host was fun and informative. Richard took us not only on a tour of the culinary specialties of this city, but also had a deep knowledge of the history behind the dishes, and the venues! We enjoyed Po'Boys, Jamabalaya, Gumbo and Beignets with coffee. As advertised, it is essential to arrive hungry!! Our tour lasted just over 2 hours, and was a group of 12. Value for money and a great way to experience the French Quarter! Richard is happy to answer all questions and provide recommedations for after the tour, regarding any part of your stay in New Orleans. 👍🏻
