New Orleans Night Cruises

It's very hard to put into words how amazing this experience was. From the history, to the staff, the jazz band, the hospitality, I could go on! Captain Robbie, what an amazing man, 51 years service and so glad I got to meet him, not only that a private tour from engine room, to stern, to bow with so much knowledge! And not to forget, my man Marlon! Without him there is no VIP! This guy knows how to host! From leading us around the boat, to seating area, to keeping us updated. And just when you think I need a drink, he just shows up! Like magic! He really takes that extra mile and makes the whole evening special. To all the staff behind the scenes, I thank you aswell. Such a magical evening, me and my wife enjoyed every minute

Very nice ride on the river. Plenty of good views and good food. Service was wonderful. Very efficient operation. Calliope organ was an extra special treat while waiting to board.

The steps were a little steep for me but do-able. The food was delicious. It was a perfect night on the river. The rear of the boat had great pictures of the sunset behind New Orleans. The front of the boat has benches to sit and enjoy the breeze and views. It wasn’t too hot or cold. It was very enjoyable and would recommend it to anyone.

I personally enjoyed the VIP service due to my disability and being able to safely get on the ship in a timely manner without the crowd, our small group felt special and well taken care of.

Relaxing and good music. Length of time is good. Bartender was friendly. Sitting at the front top level offered a great view and breeze.

Long line to get in Get there early, it can be hot. Food was awesome great w good assortment. The Dixie Jazz band also was great. Nice breezes off the river. Worth it!

It was a great time. Great views, great food. It was a romantic night for.my husband and I. And the jazz band was sooo good.

It was fun and amazing. Our concierge Marlon was exciting and made it worthwhile. The food was also amazing.

It can get hot but well worth it. The guide was very entertaining and provided good info. Well worth the trip.

The experience, service, and music were all top notch. Marlon and Grayson gave us service like we have never experienced before, on top of beautiful views and incredible jazz. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Beautiful scenery, loved going under the bridge! Go to both sides of the ship to get cool pictures! Take it all in, the sunset was amazing!

The jazz band was great, the servers was so nice had a great time just one thing we had the 7:45 setting an the food we just warm it wasn't hot at all

The overall experience was exceptional, highlighted by high-quality cuisine and a remarkable atmosphere, particularly during the sunset. The tour was highly informative and provided excellent opportunities for photography. Our dining experience was pleasant, and the service provided by our server was courteous and attentive.While the general environment was conducive to photography, we encountered a minor issue when one staff member declined our request for a group photo and departed abruptly. However, a different team member was more than willing to assist us with photos in the engine room, which we greatly appreciated. Furthermore, the musical entertainment was a welcome addition to the evening. My husband, who is typically quite discerning, expressed significant satisfaction with the experience.
