Beyond the French Quarter did an outstanding job and thought of everything to make our experience memorable. It was an easy Lyft ride from downtown and an interesting ride outside the city seeing another side of the Bayou. Chef Pipp was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining and we felt like we were in good hands navigating into the wild life area as he pointed out all of the birds we had never seen before and pointing out the alligators swimming around. My husband had fun helping chop the food and pull up the crab pots for the seafood boil. It was amazing! Delicious!! There was a very nice assortment of beverage available for us to purchase, which made the whole experience easy and fun for us to sit back, relax and enjoy the cool vibe they've got set up right on the water. We would actually do it again, which is rarely the case for our Cool Broadway experiences which tend more to be one time deals. We highly recommend. THANKS CAPTAIN PIPP!!

If you are looking for a fun, educational day, the New Orleans Nature and Wildlife Boat Tour and Crab Boil is the way to go! Their site was easy to use and book. The hosts Captain Brian and Emmett allowed us to participate in pulling crab traps, prepare and eat fresh seafood, which gave us a truly authentic experience. They made sure everyone having a good time and treated us like family. It was really interesting to learn of the companies involvement in local restoration efforts. I highly recommend this company.

This was easily one of the highlights of our trip to New Orleans! We had so much fun, and it honestly felt like we were getting to experience a real Louisiana family tradition instead of just going on another tour. We learned all about the culture behind Cajun seafood boils and how they bring families and communities together, and even got to pull up crab traps off the dock and add the crabs to our boil! Such a cool experience!The guides were amazing and made everyone feel so welcome. You could tell they genuinely love what they do, and their passion for sharing their lifestyle really shines through. The boat ride was beautiful, the food was delicious, and there was so much great conversation throughout the entire experience. If you're looking for something that feels authentic and gives you a true taste of Louisiana culture, I can't recommend this enough!

We really hit the jackpot with Marc as our tour guide! He has over 30 years of experience in the restaurant world in New Orleans, and he put together an incredibly thoughtful tour of different neighborhoods throughout New Orleans with all different types of cuisines. We aimed a couple trendy, fine, places, a couple places that were clearly hidden local hangouts, and he gave us a beautiful tour of the city with lots of knowledge aboutthe history and culture. The food was fantastic and we had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend. !
