Loved every minute! Very chilled, relaxed. Pin pointing buildings with knowledge of its history, Lovely views and felt in safe hands from the get go. Ground staff were polite and very helpful. And that landing was 🙌👏🏻👏🏻 Absolutely brilliant

It's very hard to put into words how amazing this experience was. From the history, to the staff, the jazz band, the hospitality, I could go on! Captain Robbie, what an amazing man, 51 years service and so glad I got to meet him, not only that a private tour from engine room, to stern, to bow with so much knowledge! And not to forget, my man Marlon! Without him there is no VIP! This guy knows how to host! From leading us around the boat, to seating area, to keeping us updated. And just when you think I need a drink, he just shows up! Like magic! He really takes that extra mile and makes the whole evening special. To all the staff behind the scenes, I thank you aswell. Such a magical evening, me and my wife enjoyed every minute

Great little trip along the Mississippi River with interesting commentary from our guide captain. We didn’t eat on the ship but had cocktails. I would definitely recommend.

The boat was fantastic and so was the food. The band was incredible and the weather was perfect for traveling.

Libby was an amazing tour guide and provided an incredible amount of information about the city and especially the French Quarter. She brought factual knowledge along with humor that provided a quick hour and a half tour. I would highly recommend this tour.

Very nice ride on the river. Plenty of good views and good food. Service was wonderful. Very efficient operation. Calliope organ was an extra special treat while waiting to board.

The steps were a little steep for me but do-able. The food was delicious. It was a perfect night on the river. The rear of the boat had great pictures of the sunset behind New Orleans. The front of the boat has benches to sit and enjoy the breeze and views. It wasn’t too hot or cold. It was very enjoyable and would recommend it to anyone.

I personally enjoyed the VIP service due to my disability and being able to safely get on the ship in a timely manner without the crowd, our small group felt special and well taken care of.

Relaxing and good music. Length of time is good. Bartender was friendly. Sitting at the front top level offered a great view and breeze.

The city tour was excellent. The tour guide, Harris was very knowledgeable and gave us a wonderful New Orleans history lesson. The steamboat entry process was great and well organized. I didn’t have the tickets with the meal option, but was asked if we would like to eat as we boarded. We said yes and was advised to pay at the bar and then was seated. The salad, entree and dessert were served very quickly and efficiently. We were able to get our own water or tea which was included with the meal. They offer drinks for purchase. There was a nice jazz band on board and narration as to the sites we were passing by. We had a great time! Highly recommend!!!!

It was a great tour of the city, although it was extremely hot Our driver and guide were really informative and made sure we didn’t get too hot

My husband and I very much enjoyed our heart of the city bike tour @flambeauxtours with Eric. We rode our cruiser bikes through the French Quarter, Marigny, Bywater, and Tremé, each worth seeing. At just over halfway, we stopped at a coffeehouse for some much needed iced coffee. My favorite part was learning about the demographics/history of the people of New Orleans, such as the difference between Creole and Cajun. Eric is originally from the area, moved away for a while, and came back, which gives him a deep understanding and yet objectivity about the city. Eric gave us great recommendations for things to do and eat after the tour. I highly recommend #flambeauxtours.
