Central Park: Full-Day Bike Rental with Picnic Lunch
Overview
Make a day of Central Park. Pick up your bike near the park on West 56th Street, explore at your own pace, and stop for a gourmet picnic lunch on the grass whenever you're ready.
Ride the Literary Walk, see the rowboats at Bethesda Fountain, relax with skyline views on Sheep Meadow, loop the Reservoir and visit Strawberry Fields.
Your package includes a full-day bike or e-bike rental, a helmet, bike bag, lock and map, and a picnic box. Kids' bikes, trailers and baby seats are available for younger riders; e-bikes are for riders 16 and over.
Picnic boxes (Signature if you don't choose):
Signature: herb roasted chicken wrap, potato chips, fruit salad, mini chocolate chunk cookie
Healthy: Mediterranean veggie sandwich, penne pasta, oatmeal cookie, mini chocolate chunk cookie
Vegan: vegan club sandwich, hummus and chips, fruit salad, pasta
Hours: Apr 1 - Oct 31, 8AM - 8PM. Nov 1 - Mar 31, 9AM - 5PM.

What To Expect
Begin with a top of the line bike or e-bike (16+) for a day of fun and adventure in Central Park. Take in all of the famous, stunning, and iconic sights of the park all from the bike path that spans the entirety of the park. Then, when you’re feeling a little hungry, settle down and enjoy a fresh, gourmet picnic box. Boxes are premade and come in three varieties:
Signature Box: herb roasted chicken wrap, potato chips, fruit salad, mini chocolate chunk cookie
Healthy Box: Mediterranean veggie sandwich, penne pasta, oatmeal cookie, mini chocolate chunk cookie
Vegan Box: vegan club sandwich, hummus and chips, fruit salad, pasta
Please specify your picnic box selection in the Special Requirements section at checkout (Signature if none chosen). You can pick up your rental and picnic at any time during our store hours:
April - October: 8AM - 8PM
November - March: 9AM - 5PM

- Please bring one government-issued photo ID to be retained as a deposit for all rentals and a credit card to be kept on file for the security of bikes
- The maximum weight limit for bike rentals is 300 pounds
- E-bike riders must be 16 or older.
