We will walk you through the science and skill behind mashing, fermentation, and pot distillation, and give a behind-the-scenes look at how Kings County Distillery became NYC’s oldest distillery since Prohibition. Next, step into our barrel room and breathe in the angel’s share as you uncover how oak transforms clear spirit into rich, flavorful whiskey. Wrap it all up with a guided tasting featuring four of our signature whiskeys, including one of our harder-to-find gems.
